Trendwise Consulting runs one text message program, Trendwise Lead Alerts. It sends a text to the business owner or staff member of a Trendwise client each time a visitor submits a contact or quote form on that client’s website. Messages are sent from (903) 307-7005.
1. What you get
One text per lead. Nothing else. No marketing, no promotions, no newsletters. The message carries the visitor’s name, phone and email, which form they filled in, a short excerpt of what they wrote, and a link to the lead in your Trendwise dashboard.

2. Who can enroll
This program is for owners and staff of businesses that Trendwise builds or manages a website for. Enroll your own mobile number and nobody else’s. We never add a number on someone’s behalf, and we never buy or rent phone numbers for this program.
Consent is never a condition of anything. You do not have to enroll to be a Trendwise client, to buy anything from us, or to use this website. Every lead is still emailed to you and still sits in your dashboard whether you enroll or not.
3. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your website’s form volume. Most businesses on this program get a few messages a week. Trendwise does not charge for the alerts. Message and data rates may apply from your own mobile carrier.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How to stop, how to get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop the alerts immediately. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. Reply START to turn them back on.

5. What we do with your number
Your mobile number is used to send you these alerts and for nothing else. It is stored in your site record in the Trendwise dashboard and passed to Twilio, the messaging provider that delivers the message.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
